1. About these terms
Externovate™ is created and owned by Cognivanta Labs and powered by CINTENT™. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter this agreement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Student content and academic integrity
You retain ownership of the blogs, whitepapers, projects and reports you publish. You grant Externovate a limited licence to host, display and distribute your content on the platform. You must not upload plagiarised work, falsified academic records or content you don't have the right to share.
5. Intellectual property
Externovate, CINTENT, Cognivanta Labs, associated logos and platform code are the intellectual property of Cognivanta Labs. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
6. User-generated content
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We may remove content that violates these terms, applicable law or the rights of others.
7. Internships and opportunities
Externovate is a platform for fresh-graduate and early-career opportunities, not a generic job board. We do not employ interns and do not guarantee that you will receive an internship, admission, funding or employment through the platform. All engagements are between you and the relevant enterprise, university, mentor or partner.
8. CINTENT™ AI recommendations
Recommendations, matches and scores generated by CINTENT™ are advisory. They are not a guarantee of outcome and should not replace your own judgment or professional advice.
9. University and enterprise interactions
When you interact with universities, enterprises or mentors on Externovate, you agree to act professionally and to honour any commitments you make.
10. Prohibited use
- No harassment, discrimination or unlawful behaviour.
- No scraping, reverse engineering or unauthorised automation.
- No misrepresentation of identity, affiliation or credentials.
- No malware, spam or attempts to disrupt the platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or via the Contact page.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Externovate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognivanta Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
13. Dispute handling
These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable local law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and through appropriate competent courts if unresolved.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-product.
